Alexander Vadimovich Khoroshavin (Russian: Александр Вадимович Хорошавин: born May 2, 1956), was the Governor of Sakhalin Oblast, a federal subject of Russia (2007-2015). He came into power after Ivan Malakhov left office in 2007.
In March 4 2015, he was arrested after being accused of taking bribes, equivalent of 5.6 million USD.[1]
