The dusky grasswren (Amytornis purnelli) is a species of bird in the Maluridae family. It is endemic to Australia.
Status and conservation
The dusky grasswren can be found in terrestrial areas in Australia in large ranges. It is considered to not be vulnerable to becoming an endangered species because the population trend of it is recorded to be increasing.[2]
