Soldiers of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battalion_Zo%C5%9Bka" class="extiw" title="en:Battalion Zośka">Batalion Zośka</a> of Polish <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Home_Army" class="extiw" title="en:Home Army">Home Army</a> during <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warsaw_Uprising" class="extiw" title="en:Warsaw Uprising">Warsaw Uprising</a> on 5 August 1944 in <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C4%99si%C3%B3wka" class="extiw" title="w:Gęsiówka">Gęsiówka</a>. The men are dressed in stolen German uniforms and armed with confiscated German weapons. From left: <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/pl:Wojciech_Omy%C5%82a" class="extiw" title="w:pl:Wojciech Omyła">Wojciech Omyła</a> "Wojtek", <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/pl:Juliusz_Bogdan_Deczkowski" class="extiw" title="w:pl:Juliusz Bogdan Deczkowski">Juliusz Bogdan Deczkowski</a> "Laudański" and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/pl:Tadeusz_Milewski_(%C5%BCo%C5%82nierz)" class="extiw" title="w:pl:Tadeusz Milewski (żołnierz)">Tadeusz Milewski</a> "Ćwik". Milewski was killed the day of taking this photography. Omyła was killed three days later, on August 8, 1944. A moment after taking this picture, a German rifle-missle has hit the wall over those guerrillas' heads. Noone was injured.
