No author given, published by The Keystone View Company
Source (WP:NFCC#4) Original publication: A stereoscopic photo

Immediate source: My scan of a stereoscopic photo

Date of publication no date given, but it was 1906-20 (see below)
Use in article (WP:NFCC#7) Turpentine
Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) It is to show how chipping a pine tree to get sap for turpentine was done. It also shows the labor of a black man in Georgia decades ago.
Not replaceable with
free media because
(WP:NFCC#1)
The process hasn't been done for decades.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) It will just be used to show how a pine tree was "chipped".
Respect for
commercial opportunities
(WP:NFCC#2)
No copyright date was given on the photo, but it was copyrighted in 1906, 1908, 1911, 1917, 1918, 1919, or 1920 (see below); copyright has expired.
Other information This is the left side of a stereoscopic photo that is mounted on cardboard that has curled. The photo is actually much sharper than this scan because the curvature keeps the scanner from focusing on it. I can get it better if I can get it to flatten out. Keystone number 107-(13747). It is also listed in the book Visual Education by the Keystone View Company, which has copyright dates 1906, 1908, 1911, 1917, 1918, 1919, and 1920.
