Photographed and uploaded by User:Geographer The clothes washing basin (lavanderia) was built by the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chumash_(tribe)" class="extiw" title="en:Chumash (tribe)">Chumash</a> Indians of Santa Barbara Mission village in 1808. The Bear's head at the end is a modern replica, on July 31, 2005.
