Julia and I made okonomiyaki, including a Modan-Yaki (Modern Yaki) with Mi-Goreng noodles flavoured with supplied kicap manis and Julia added Worchestershire sauce and a bit of sugar, all topped with okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayonaise. We finished every last bit!
