The 2002 Big Ten Conference Men's Basketball Tournament was played between March 7 and March 10, 2002 at the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. The champion of the tournament was the Ohio State University, which received the Big Ten's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Most Outstanding Player was Boban Savović of Ohio State. Due to NCAA Sanctions, Ohio State was forced to vacate the championship.

All Big Ten schools played in the tournament. Teams were seeded by conference record, with a tiebreaker system used to seed teams with identical conference records.
