The 2016 Lory Meagher Cup is the eighth staging of the Lory Meagher Cup hurling championship since its establishment by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 2009. The championship began on 23 April 2016 and is scheduled to conclude on 04 June 2016. The participating teams are Sligo, Louth, Leitrim, Warwickshire and Lancashire. Fermanagh are the holders, but will play in the Nicky Rackard Cup having won promotion to that competetion in 2015.[1]
