The 2020 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship will be the 15th edition of the CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament, the quadrennial international age-restricted football tournament organised by CONCACAF to determine which men's under-23 national teams from the North, Central American and Caribbean region qualify for the Olympic football tournament.
The top two teams will qualify for the 2020 Summer Olympics men's football tournament in Japan as the CONCACAF representatives.[1]
In August 2019, it was announced that the tournament will be hosted in Guadalajara, Mexico between 20 March and 1 April 2020.[2]

Qualification

- Three teams from the North American Zone (NAFU), i.e., Canada, Mexico and United States, who all qualified automatically due to them being the only teams in the region
- Three teams from the Central American Zone (UNCAF)
- Two teams from the Caribbean Zone (CFU)
Regional qualification tournaments will be held in Central America and Caribbean to determine the five teams joining Canada, Mexico, and the United States at the final tournament.

Draw
The draw for the tournament will take place on 9 January 2020, 19:00 CST (UTC−6), at the Estadio Akron, in Guadalajara, Mexico.[4]
The eight teams are drawn into two groups of four teams. The teams are seeded into four pots for the draw. Pot 1 contains Mexico, seeded in Group A as the host nation, and Honduras, the best performing team in the last editions among the other teams. Pot 2 contains the two remaining teams from North America, Canada and United States, Pot 3 contains the two remaining teams from Central America, Costa Rica and El Salvador, while Pot 4 contains the two teams from the Caribbean, Dominican Republic and Haiti.
