The 2023–24 PHF season will be the ninth ice hockey season of the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) – known as the National Women's Hockey League during its first six seasons (2015–2021).

Buffalo Beauts | Rhea Coad | TBD | On March 22, 2023, Coad submitted her resignation to the Beauts. In two seasons with Buffalo, Coad compiled an 11–30–3 record.[1] |
Minnesota Whitecaps | Ronda Engelhardt | TBD | On March 29, 2023, the Whitecaps relieved Engelhardt of her coaching duties. She had been with the organization since they joined the PHF in 2018, originally as a co-head coach. She was promoted to sole head coach at the start of the season, and compiled a 10–11–3 regular season record, finishing fourth in the PHF before losing the Isobel Cup finals to the Toronto Six.[2] |
