The 2023–24 PHF season will be the ninth ice hockey season of the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) – known as the National Women's Hockey League during its first six seasons (2015–2021).

Buffalo Beauts Rhea Coad TBD On March 22, 2023, Coad submitted her resignation to the Beauts. In two seasons with Buffalo, Coad compiled an 11–30–3 record.[1]
Minnesota Whitecaps Ronda Engelhardt TBD On March 29, 2023, the Whitecaps relieved Engelhardt of her coaching duties. She had been with the organization since they joined the PHF in 2018, originally as a co-head coach. She was promoted to sole head coach at the start of the season, and compiled a 10–11–3 regular season record, finishing fourth in the PHF before losing the Isobel Cup finals to the Toronto Six.[2]
