Christopher Rager is an American voice actor who works on anime series at Funimation/OkraTron 5000. His major roles include Hercule (Mr. Satan) and King Yemma in Dragon Ball Z and Arlong in One Piece He Even Voiced Tommy Hawk and Mr C.[2] In video games he voices Mr. Torgue in Borderlands 2.[1]
