Duke City Derby

Duke City Roller Derby or DCRD,[1] is a women's flat-track roller derby league based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Founded in 2005,[2] the league is in their 10th season in 2015. DCRD is a member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA).[3]
Formerly in the West Region of the WFTDA, DCRD was moved to the South Central Region for 2011.[4]
Current teams
DCRD currently fields an "A team" the Muñecas Muertas, "B team" the Juggernaughties and, junior team The Marionettes. The league was previously composed of four home teams: the HoBots, the Dooms Dames, the Santa Fe Disco Brawlers, and the Taos Whiplashes until early 2014. The Muñecas Muertas is the leagues' charter travel team composed of all-star players.[5]
