Faik Hajderovic (born February 24, 1994) is an American footballer who plays for Saint Louis FC U23 in the Premier Development League the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid.

Career

Youth career

Out of Mehlville High School in St. Louis Missouri, Hajderovic attended the University of Evansville where he played soccer for three years where he twice earned all conference honors and was twice an NSCAA/Continental Tire All-Midwest Region selection.[1] During his sophomore year he led the nation in assists with 14 and also notched three goals for the Purple Aces. After his junior year, Hajderovic transferred to Saint Louis University to play his senior year. During his senior year he scored two goals and added two assists for the Billikens in 16 appearances.[2]

Professional career

After his senior year at Saint Louis, Hajderovic was drafted by Sporting Kansas City in the fourth round of the 2016 MLS SuperDraft. After the preseason he was released from his contract with Sporting.[3]

Hajderovic was signed by Saint Louis FC's Premier Development League team Saint Louis FC U23 and suited up in their first ever game on May 24, 2016.
