Fiona O'Donnell

Fiona O'Donnell (née Kenny; born 27 January 1960)[1] is a Scottish Labour Party politician, who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for East Lothian from 2010 to 2015.
Early life
Born in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada[2] but raised in Fort William, Scotland, since the age of 5, she was educated at Lochaber High School and the University of Glasgow.
Political career
O'Donnell succeeded Anne Moffat, who was deselected by her Constituency Labour Party.[3][4] and held the East Lothian seat with a majority of 12,258[5]
She was the Shadow Minister for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs between 2011 and 2012[5]
O'Donnell sat on various select committees including the International Development Select Committee, the Standards and Privileges Committee, the Committees on Arms Export Controls and the Scottish Affairs Committee[5]
In the last week of the 2010-2015 Parliament O'Donnell introduced a proposed Bill on improving tax transparency under the Ten Minute Rule[6] O'Donnell lost her seat in 2015 to George Kerevan of the SNP.
