Fish Haven is an unincorporated community along the shores of Bear Lake in Bear Lake County, Idaho, United States. The town was founded by Mormon pioneers in 1864. Among the earliest settlers were Thomas Charles Shirley, William Henry Shirley, Edward Shirley, Hugh Findlay and Henry Howell. It is 4 km (2.5 miles) north of the Utah border.
