Frévin-Capelle is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France.
Geography
A farming village situated in the valley of the Scarpe river, 6 miles (9.7 km) northwest of Arras, at the junction of the D49 and the D49E roads.
