The Georgia national basketball team represents the country of Georgia in international basketball competitions.
The Georgian federation, the GBF, was established on June 4, 1991. The country is a FIBA member since 1992. The first official game of the team was played against Poland in 1995.
The team made its EuroBasket at EuroBasket 2011. For the following two tournaments (in 2013 and 2015) they qualified as well.
