HD 87883 is an 8th magnitude K-type main sequence star located approximately 59 light years away in the constellation Leo Minor. The age of this star is 9.8 billion years, compared with 4.6 billion years for our Sun. In August 2009, this star was found to have a radial velocity planet.[2]
