HD 895 is a triple star system[3] in the constellation Andromeda. Its apparent magnitude is 6.27. Located around 131 parsecs (430 ly) away, the primary is a F-type main-sequence star of spectral type F8V,[2] a star that is currently fusing its core hydrogen. While the secondary star cannot be separated from the primary except by spectroscopy, the tertiary can, and has been found to be a spectroscopic binary itself,[4] although with an apparent magnitude of 10.37,[5] it is too faint to be seen without a telescope.
