History
Hickory Township was organized in 1875.[1]
Geography
Hickory Township covers an area of 62.87 square miles (162.8 km2) and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains one cemetery, Brownlow.
The streams of Honey Creek, North Branch Hickory Creek, South Branch Hickory Creek and Stony Branch run through this township.
