The Hill-Lassonde House is a historic house at 269 Hanover Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. The 2-1/2 story wood frame house was built in 1850 for Alpheus Dwight Burgess, a machinist. He sold it in 1855 to Varnum Hill. It is a well-preserved example of Italianate styling, with deep bracketed eaves, and a front portico supported by square paneled pillars and matching pilasters. The property includes a period carriage house with cupola.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985,[1] at which time it was still owned by Hill's descendants.[2]

The house is currently boarded up and has a condemned sign attached to it.
