Hoppang is a warm snack sold throughout Korea. It is a pre-cooked ball of rice flour filled with something such as red bean paste. The hoppang is steamed to keep it warm and sold at small shops like 7-11, Buy the Way, and many small independent grocery stores throughout the winter months.[1][2]
Variations
Hoppang is also commonly sold stuffed with meat, cheese, vegetables, or Korean sweet potato paste.[3]
