Ichiran (一蘭 Ichiran?) is a Japanese ramen chain from Fukuoka.[1] Found in 1993, it had further expanded in Japan and established branches in Hong Kong.

In 2010 Ichiran USA has opened its Production Factory on 386 Johnson Ave Brooklyn, New York. Plans are to open shop in Summer of 2016. [2]
