Issei Futamata (二又 一成 Futamata Issei?, born March 15, 1955 in Aomori Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor best known for the roles of Yusaku Godai (Maison Ikkoku), Chibi (Urusei Yatsura), Kiyoshi Shusse (High School! Kimengumi), Kinkotsuman (Kinnikuman), and Saburou (Sazae-san). He is a member of the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society.
