Jonathan Maicelo Román (born August 10, 1983) is a professional boxer from Callao, Peru, who lives in North Bergen, New Jersey. He holds the Latin American lightweight title.[disputed ] He has a record of 20 wins (12 KO) and 1 loss (1 KO).[1]

He was a silver medalist at the Bolivarian Games (Ambato, Ecuador 2001) and at the Pre-Panamerican Tournament (Tijuana, Mexico 2003), a quarterfinalist at the Panamerican Games (Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic 2003), and a semifinalist at the Pre-Olympic Tournament (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 2004).
