Jupiter LIX, originally known as S/2017 J 1, is an outer natural satellite of Jupiter. It was reported on June 5, 2017 via a Minor Planet Electronic Circular from the Minor Planet Center.[1] It is believed to be about 2 km in diameter.[2]
It is a member of the Pasiphae group, but shares an almost exact average distance from Jupiter as Eukelade in the Carme group.[citation needed]
