Just My Luck is a 1957 British sports comedy film directed by John Paddy Carstairs and starring Norman Wisdom as a worker in a jewellery shop.[1]
Contents
Plot
Norman Hackett (Norman Wisdom) works in a jewellers workshop and dreams about meeting the shop window dresser over the road from his workshop. He wants to buy her a diamond pendant and is persuaded to bet a pound on a six horse accumulator at the Goodwood races. The bookie starts to worry when Norman, after winning on the first five races, looks like he could win over sixteen thousand pounds.[2]
