Kammanadu

Kammanadu (or Kamma-nadu) is an ancient geographical region in the present day South Indian state of Andhra Pradesh in India. It consists of the Bapatla and Narasaraopet regions of the Guntur district as well as the Ongole and Chirala regions of the Prakasam district. It existed prior to 1000 CE but the exact area varied in later periods.[1]
