Le Macaron is a bakery chain selling macaron and other confections in Florida. It was started by a French couple in Sarasota, Florida and has 14 stores as of 2014. The stores sell macaron made of meringue and ganache filling in various flavors and colors including Sicilian pistachio and black currant.[1] Le Macaron also sells mail-order through its website.
