Line 8 Shenzhen Metro is currently under construction. Line 8 has a length of 26.4 km and a total of 15 stations. It connects the Wenjin with Xianhu or OCT East or Xiaomeisha. It Line 8 is the first line to serve Yantian and started construction in 2012, with the first segment scheduled to be opened traffic in 2018.[1]
