Kelowna is the largest city in the Okanagan Valley and the interior of British Columbia. In Kelowna, there are 6 buildings that stand taller than 50 m (164 ft). The tallest building in the city is the 17-storey, 81 m (266 ft) Landmark VI.[1] This building is a modernist skyscraper and is the tallest building in British Columbia outside of the Vancouver CMA and the tallest building between Vancouver and Calgary.[1] The second-tallest building in the city is the Skye, standing at 78 m (256 ft) tall with 26 storeys.[2]

As of February 2011, the city contains 14 high rises over 35 m (115 ft) but not a single skyscraper.[3]
