London 1 North is an English level 6 Rugby Union regional league for clubs in north London and the south east of England.[1] The 14 teams play home and away matches from September through to April. The top team in the league by the end of season wins promotion straight up to National 3 London & South East while the league runner up plays a playoff against the runner up of London 1 South to see who joins them. Relegated teams drop to either London 2 North East or London 2 North West depending on where the club is located.
