The group has pursued an emerging markets strategy bringing global standards to OEMs around the world. MCON and CRM Factory make up the global group, which includes a partnership with incadea Asia-Pacific.

MCON delivers underlying IT infrastructure services – e.g. support operations, application, and website hosting as well as IT business consulting. CRM Factory is focused on business and IT consulting, implementation and development, and business intelligence, mainly in the area of CRM (customer relationship management), but also in e-business, the web, and other related fields. The two brands in synergy provide a broad spectrum of services, particularly for the automotive industry. Incadea focuses on providing DMS solutions and the end-to-end implementation of DMS.

History

With origins in Europe when founded in 1993 under the old name of Meissner Consulting, the group has pursued an emerging markets strategy in recent years, bringing global standards to OEMs around the world.[1] In 2010 MCON GROUP AG was founded in St. Gall, Switzerland as a holding company for the global subsidiaries of MCON and its sister company, CRM Factory.

MCON

MCON would be established in 2004 in Germany[2] and open a representative office in Beijing, China and later expand to Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dalian, and Guangzhou in China, and to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. MCON China was formally established in Beijing as a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise).[3]

CRM Factory

CRM Factory was founded in Wiesbaden, Germany in 1998. In January 2009, CRM Factory China was founded in Beijing, China, focusing on CRM consulting for automotive OEMs. There are 4 main offices around the world: Munich, Beijing, Prague and Shanghai.[4]

incadea

In 2010 MCON GROUP entered into a joint venture with incadea of Austria to supply consulting and user support for incadea applications for automotive dealer management and customer relationship management. The joint venture is with incadea Asia-Pacific.[5]

Service Plan China

On July 1, 2013, MCON GROUP established a new joint venture with Serviceplan Group in China, Serviceplan China, which enabled MCON GROUP to enter a new business area: the advertising and creative industry.[6] Serviceplan China concentrates in the creative industry by providing marketing campaign solutions.

Global Presence

As 2015, MCON GROUP has presence in China, Czech Republic, Germany, India, Russia, South Korea, Switzerland and USA. Including partners, its presence covers more than 30 countries in every continent of the globe.
