Miguel Eduardo Miranda Campos (born August 13, 1966 in Lima) is a retired football goalkeeper from Peru, who obtained 47 international caps for his national team. He made his debut on May 26, 1993 against the United States (0-0), and played his last international match for his native country on November 14, 2001 against Bolivia (1-1).

Miranda has played club football for Sporting Cristal, Universidad Técnica de Cajamarca, Universitario, Juan Aurich, Deportivo Municipal, Deportivo Wanka, Coronel Bolognesi and Estudiantes de Medicina in Peru and Shenyang Haishi in China
