Club career

Mo'ayyad began his professional career in 2000 with Al-Baqa'a SC. He scored fourteen goals in his five-seasons long spell at the Baqa'a based club. After his great performance with Al-Baqa'a SC, he signed a contract with Jordan's top club Al-Faisaly SC of Amman. He scored a record forty-three goals for the club in his five-seasons spell at the club helping the club to win the 2011-12 Jordan Premier League, 2011–12 Jordan FA Cup and Jordan Super Cup in 2012.

During the 2010–11 season, he moved to Al Naser Sporting Club of Kuwait but then just after few months he came back to play for Al-Faisaly SC.

In the 2011–12 season, he moved on-loan to Al-Jazeera of Amman but he failed to score any goal for the club.[2]

After a long twelve-seasons spell in Jordan(with few months being spent in Kuwait), he moved to Palestine in 2012 where he signed a contract with Jabal Al-Mukaber FC scoring three goals in twenty league appearances for the club.[3]

In 2013, he came back to Jordan and signed a contract with Shabab Al-Ordon Club but he failed to score any goal for the club.[4] In the same season his contract was terminated by the club after which he decided to move to one of his former clubs, Al-Faisaly SC.[5]

On 25 January 2014, he again moved out of Jordan and this time to Oman where he signed a contract with Fanja SC.[6]
