From Infogalactic: the planetary knowledge core
NGC 78 (also known as PGC 1306 and UGC 193) is a pair of galaxies located in the constellation Pisces. Although the two galaxies appear close together in the sky, it is almost certain that they are too far apart to exert any significant gravitational force on each other. NGC 78A is a spiral galaxy estimated to be around 225 million light years away from Earth. NGC 78B is a lenticular galaxy estimated to be 245 million light years away from Earth.[1]
