The Opera Tower is a residential skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. It was developed by Florida East Coast Realty, and was completed in late 2007. The Opera Tower received its temporary certificate of occupancy on December 26, 2007. The 55-story tower is located at 1750 North Bayshore Drive in Omni District,[1] just north of Downtown Miami, and in the center of the city's Media and Entertainment district. The building contains 635 uniquely designed luxury condominiums. It is also home to the Japanese-inspired sushi restaurant, Nove Kitchen and bar.

Resales for Opera Tower are now handled by Fortune Development Sales and only 185 of the original 635 residences remain unsold. Currently Opera Tower is one of the best-selling condos in Downtown Miami's very strong market, and the residences are known for their panoramic views of the city and Biscayne Bay.

This state of the art building was designed by Rolando Llanes while at Corradino Group located in Doral, Florida. Llanes is a State of Florida registered architect with a Master of Architecture from Princeton University.

Mr. Llanes is currently the Principal and Owner of CIVICA LLC - Architecture and Urban Design. CIVICA LLC is a full service architectural firm with a focus on Educational, Commercial and Residential (multi-family and custom single family) projects.
