Patrice Alethia Hall (born July 18, 1986) is Miss Ottawa 2009–2010 and top 10 for Miss Canada International 2010. Hall was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Her parents Bishop Trevor Hall and Joan Grant-Hall encouraged her journey to becoming Miss Ottawa. Patrice is the first minority member to win a non-categorized pageant. She is also one of the spokespersons for the organization Teddy Bears of Hope founded by Sylvia Stark.
Education
She attended Gloucester High School and in 2006 received the Lieutenant Governor’s Community Volunteer Award for Students.[1]
