Pieter Jakob, or Peter Jacob Horemans (October 26, 1700 – August 3, 1776) was a painter from the Southern Netherlands active in Germany.

Horemans was born in Antwerp and was listed from 1716 until 1724 in the liggeren as the pupil of his older brother Jan Josef Horemans in the Antwerp Guild of Saint Luke.[1] In 1725 he moved to Munich where he painted for Charles VII, Holy Roman Emperor, among others. He was a cousin or nephew of François Charles or Franz Karl Horemans. The Nuremberg painter Magnus Prasch was his pupil.

Horemans died in Munich.
