Phillip Austin (born in Northampton, England) is a British murderer. He is known for killing his wife, two children and two dogs in a series of violent attacks in 2000, which spanned only one day. This type of killing is known as a 'Family Wipe-Out.'

He was given three life sentences by Northampton Crown Court in March 2001 with a minimum of 20 years, which could be reduced to nine years with good behaviour[1][2]
