Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Programme Two was a fourth television channel created in 1967 for Moscow and Leningrad. It became a nationwide network in 1977. It broadcast centralized entertainment produced in Moscow and the various Soviet republics via the republican television stations.
