Rubicundus is a genus of hagfishes. R. eos, R. lakeside and R. rubicundus are known from single specimens caught in the Tasman Sea, Galápagos and Taiwan.

- Rubicundus lakeside (Mincarone & J. E. McCosker, 2004)
- Rubicundus lopheliae (Fernholm & Quattrini, 2008)
