Shelly Altman

Michelle "Shelly" Altman is an American soap opera writer. She has been the associate head writer of numerous American daytime soap operas, including Another World, General Hospital and One Life to Live. She served as co-head writer of The Young and the Restless alongside Jean Passanante from November 4, 2013 to March 18, 2015. In July 2015, Altman and Passanante returned to General Hospital as its co-head writers, replacing Ron Carlivati.
