Shiona Baird, born 14 September 1946, in Hereford, England is a Green politician and former Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) and co-convener of the Scottish Green Party.
Before election as an MSP in 2003 for the North East Scotland region she worked on her family farm near Dundee. She is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh. She was a member of the Scottish Parliament Enterprise Committee[1] and the Scottish Greens’ Spokeswoman on enterprise, waste and energy issues.[2]
She lost her seat in the 2007 election and Alison Johnstone took over as co-convener.[3]
