Founded in 1958 by the Stock family, part of the bus business was sold to Travelways. The Stock family resumed their school bus operations in 1979, and company is now owned by National Express Group.
Stock Transportation recently purchased Deluxe Coach Lines, Alouette Bus Lines of North Bay, Ontario and as of January 31, R.L. Smith Transportation of Edmonton.
