Super Smash Con is a video game convention and tournament focused on the Super Smash Bros. series, held in Chantilly, Virginia at the Dulles Expo Center. Although the convention mainly focuses on Super Smash Bros. and hosts various tournaments and combo contests for the games, different video games are also showcased and available to play as well.

History

Ideas for a convention focused solely on Super Smash Bros. began since 2014, specifically by Justin Wykowski. Since it's inception since 2015, the tournament portion of the event currently stands as one of the largest Smash tournaments to date even having more entrants than EVO.
