The Erosion of Sanity is the second album by Gorguts, released in 1993.

The album was remastered and re-released with Considered Dead as part of Roadrunner's Two from the Vault series, in 2004. It was re-released again in 2006 with two bonus tracks.

The beginning of "With Their Flesh, He'll Create" appears on the clip "Plunger Wake Up", the fourth film in the CKY video series, CKY 4 by Bam Margera of Jackass.
