The Greatest Hits is a compilation album by Five Star, released in 2003.

Although released 14 years after their previous Greatest Hits, it covers the same period (1985-9) including all of their UK Top 50 hit singles. Also included is the 1988 single "There's A Brand New World" which peaked at number 61 (in place of the non-album bonus track that had appeared on the other Greatest Hits).
