The Killing of Tony Blair (now known as The Killing$ of Tony Blair or The Killings of Tony Blair)[2] is a documentary film co-directed by George Galloway and film maker Greg Ward.

According to Galloway, the film has been completed, and is awaiting release.

Proposal

In August 2013, Galloway announced his intention to make a documentary film under the original title of The Killing of Tony Blair to be financed by on-line public subscription raised via the crowdfunding site Kickstarter.[3] With a title chosen for "shock value", the film concerns Blair's alleged destruction of the Labour Party, the hundreds of thousands of civilians who died during the Iraq war and the former prime minister's well-remunerated business interests since he left office in 2007; in Galloway's view, a third "killing".[3]

The documentary film maker Greg Ward is co-director of the project,[4] and it is intended that the film will be released globally. By the end of October 2013, Galloway said that three times the original target had already been raised.[5]
