Trallong (Welsh: Y Trallwng) is a community and a village in Powys, Mid Wales. The community of Tallong is made up of the villages of Trallong, Penpont, Abercamlais and Abersefin, and in the 2001 census had a total population of 364, increasing slightly to 369 at the 2011 Census. The village of Trallong is located on the northern bank of the River Usk, and was mentioned by the 12th-century poet Gwynfardd Brycheiniog.[2]
